Welcome to Linksna! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account or purchasing any plan.

2. Plans & Subscriptions

• Linksna offers both Free and Paid Yearly Plans.
• All paid plans are billed on a one-time, yearly basis.
• Paid plans unlock additional features such as monetization access, profile customization, and ad control.
• Refunds are not applicable once a paid plan is activated.

Refund & Shipping Policy

• All services on Linksna are delivered digitally via the platform. No physical products are shipped.
• Once a paid plan is activated or services are used, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
• Users are encouraged to review all plans and features before purchase.
• This policy applies to all yearly subscriptions, add-on services, and any monetization features.

3. Monetization Policy (50/50 Revenue Share)

• Linksna follows a transparent 50/50 revenue sharing system.
• 50% of ad revenue goes to the creator, and 50% supports platform operations.
• Monetization review takes between 4 to 8 weeks after applying.
• Eligibility depends on user quality, genuine traffic, and engagement.
• During the review period, users must display Linksname-provided ads only.
• After approval, creators may show their own paid ads or brand collaborations.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following actions will result in immediate account suspension without notice:

• Using bots, fake clicks, or traffic manipulation tools.
• Uploading illegal, violent, or adult content.
• Spamming, harassment, or fraudulent activities.
• Attempting to hack or misuse Linksname’s systems.

5. Payment & Fraud

• All payments are processed securely through authorized gateways (like Razorpay).
• In case of payment fraud or abuse, the user account will be blocked permanently without refund.
• Users are responsible for ensuring payment details and identity are genuine.

6. Account Termination

Linksna reserves the right to suspend or delete any account violating these terms. No prior warning is required in case of serious violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Linksna is not responsible for losses caused by user error, third-party ads, or downtime. Platform services are provided “as-is.”

8. Changes to Terms

We may update or revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
